Bayleigh Pelham currently spends her time split between her home in Halifax NS, and Toronto ON. Before her appearance on this season, she was a trained actor, online personality, and personal trainer.

The JIVE team has had the honour of working with Bayleigh on video projects in the past - and are not shocked at all by her success on Canada’s version of the esteemed reality competition show “Big Brother”. The authenticity she holds in front of, and away from the camera have served her well - making her the first female winner in 6 years, the first LGBTQIA+ female winner, the first to break the “first in, first out” curse.

We are so proud of our friend Bayleigh! Check out the below video, a fictional scene filmed and directed by JIVE, with actors Bayleigh Pelham and Samantha Gracie.

Congrats, Bayleigh!!

Make My Logo Bigger With Special Guest Ingram Barss

On today’s episode of Make My Logo Bigger, we welcome an incredibly gifted photographer, teacher, mentor and our dear friend, Ingram Barss.

Recently, Ingram has taken his talent, and fostered it in the classroom, gifting his knowledge of photography to students for the past 16 years at NSCC. Today, we are lucky enough that he shares some of that with us…

Ingram comes by his talent honestly, having grown up in a family of artists. In studying photography, Ingram was presented with a lifetime of incredible opportunities and experiences, including working famed photographer Tony Esparza in LA. During this time he shot for CBS and worked on many shows including CSI, CSI Miami, Survivor, The Price is Right, The Bold and The Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, Everybody Loves Raymond, and many others. He also shot at the Emmys, the Grammys, and the Peoples’ Choice Awards and was one of two photographers at Mohamad Ali’s 60th birthday! A bit more about Dave Campbell:

In 1991, as pioneers in the industry, Robinson & Campbell became one of the first photography studios in Canada to adopt digital capture technology, bringing them to the forefront of creating new standards for visual storytelling. With that, they have been recognized nationally for their work with clients such as Aliant Telecom, Financial Post Magazine, Canada Post, Report on Business Magazine, Irving Oil and Nova Scotia Power Inc. just to name a few. Beyond his time in the studio, he has dedicated over two decades to shaping young minds at NSCC by developing the Digital Imaging one year program. This would go on to become the second instalment of the 2 year Professional Photography diploma program.

In addition to teaching, David continues to consult privately in the areas of photography, digital imagine and new media. His most recent work can be found in the Scenic Highways of Canada and the Millennium stamp series from Canada Post. It’s evident his work captures the essence of our world.
